It was indeed charming, location was perfect for what we wanted, safe garden for our dog, who also enjoyed his stay.

Communication with owner was good. Let us check in early which was appreciated after a 6 hour drive.
Lovely back garden. Just be aware..next door walk across it for access so was a bit of a shock.
Cottage is okay. Comfortable beds.
Couldn’t get the microwave to work because it seems to have a digital child lock on it and no instructions on how to remove it?
Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Couple of hairs found and there was a ‘surprise’ left in the toilet for us which wasn’t great first impressions because that obviously means the toilet hadn’t been cleaned from previous people.
