The apartment looked relatively new, was clean, and had good amenities (but no AC or fan).
AC or fan or anything else is very much required. It was very hot at night.
But the biggest issue was the neighborhood.
It was dirty with trash on the streets, smelled bad, and seemed full of shady characters. It was also extremely noisy, with construction starting early every morning right under my window, so I couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep even once.
