Good location, easy to find and good access to public transit and local stores. The agent was very helpful, and generally the entry instuctions were good. Room was clean and comfortable and had good lighting for reading
It was not clear to me that the door handle for the room IS the keypad for entry. You have to touch the handle until it lights up - and don't omit the * at the end! Also, there was no spare toilet paper and none appeared the day after I asked for it.

Location and to have access to the kitchen . Williams responded to our request prompt.
The view through our windows was full of discard items, broken items, abandoned
The bathroom floor has a lot of hair sticks on it and also under the bathroom rugs that was disgusting.
Our room has a stained mattress against the wall.
The drawer has crumbs.. The lack of hygiene in the room was noticeable
