The location was great, carbis bay beach is beautiful and we were so close to st ives
The appartment had all the basics we needed
- we did eat out a lot to be honest but it was perfect flr the two of us for a week
The sofa and bed were not the comfiest for us

Flat was clean and well organised. Everything was in place and to the point instruction was provided. Nice location.
The kids bed was the issue. It makes a lot of squeaky noise if you do a little turning. Its very hard to sleep and if your kids do tossing and turning more you will wake up with the strange noise. Else everything was fine.

Perfect for a family of four, with all facilities we needed. Good location, easy to reach by car, 15 minute steep walk up from the breach. Kids appreciated good WiFi. Nice public walks nearby, and the train to St Ives is just 3 minutes.

The service was excellent, and the flat was fully furnished with everything we needed.
The only item that needs to be replaced for the new guests is the toilet brush.
