La Piccola Barca

The communication with Renata was fast, clear, and very pleasant. The view from the windows is absolutely breathtaking — it truly feels as if you are at sea, especially when the waves become larger. It was a wonderful experience. The location is also perfect, being so close both to the beach and to the town centre. The main room is beautiful, and the bathroom is very well equipped.

I must say that €30 per night for parking feels quite expensive. When we made the reservation, we did not realise that parking was not included, although this may partly have been our misunderstanding. It is difficult to imagine the apartment comfortably accommodating up to six people. The bunk beds take up a significant amount of space that could perhaps be used differently — for example with a permanent bed instead. In our view, the apartment is ideal for a couple. The sofa bed was unfortunately not very comfortable. There is a noticeable dip in the centre, giving the impression that the bed sags. While the mattress itself is acceptable, the overall sleeping experience was not good. The room itself is beautiful, although there are quite a few items that seem unnecessary, including many kitchen tools that are rarely needed. At the same time, some basics such as wine glasses or coffee mugs were missing.

Excellent location and view. New bathroom. Had everything we needed.

Not a lot of space once beds down, expect to sleep on bunk beds and a sofa bed in one room. We enjoyed our stay though and would return.

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich gut. Vorne das Meer. Hinten die Einkaufsgasse mit allen Lebensmittelläden und anderen. Mit Restaurant und Bars.

Es ist eng und klein. In der Küche hat es sehr viel Material. Man könnte viel Küchensachen vorwerfen. Dann wäre es übersichtlicher und gebe auch mehr Platz in den Schränken.

Il condizionatore è rumorosissimo. Non è possibile dormire. Per cui l'abbiamo tenuto sempre spento, a parte le prime 4 ore della prima notte. Inoltre il pavimento si è allagato per l'acqua di condensa che scaricava X terra....
