Apartamentul este foarte spațios si orientat către soare, am avut multa lumina naturala inauntru. Proces de check in usor. Locuri de parcare suficiente in jurul locuintei. Curatenie excelenta.
Scara si liftul blocului sunt cam vechi si arata urat, dar nu a contat pentru noi.

Manager war sehr zuvorkommend und vertrauenswürdig und stande bei Fragen und Anregungen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Dreckige Waschmaschine, kein Parkplatz an der Unterkunft (musste separat jeden tag bezahlt werden) manager hat aber über sich alles gemanagt. Fehlende Utensilien wie Putzmittel, gewürze. Töpfe sahen auch schon etwas mitgenommen aus. Die versprochene Flasche Wein war auch nicht vor Ort.

Apartamentul în sine este foarte bine gândit, este spațios și paturile sunt foarte bune.
Curățenia lasă de dorit, oricât de frumos ai mobila un imobil, dacă nu găsești curățenie, e fix degeaba. Încă de la intrare covorașul era plin de nisip, iar peste tot praful și scamele erau neatinse, clar nefiind băgat aspiratorul sau mopul, pervazurile erau negre de la praf, chiuveta de la bucătărie murdară, plintele pline de praf și ele, în baie fire de păr peste tot, covorul din sufragerie plin de scame și negru de murdar ce era... Dacă se ocupau un pic de curățenie, totul era perfect.
