Die Grösse und relelativ sauber
Der bauliche Umstand und bauliche Umgebung sieht nach der Devise aus: es fehlte das Geld um es weiter fertig zu bauen Die Heizung scheint mit Flur und Bad verbunden. Beim runterschalten der Heizung quietsch es förmlich in der Leitung.
