Maison bien situèe dans le centre de la ville au calme, deux restaurants à proximitde de qualité dans la rue ainsi qu'une boucherie.
Boulangerie à proximité. Donc tout est faisable à pied.

Maison bien équipée, spacieuse.
La maison n est pas assez chauffée. Et des voisins un peu trop bruyants ,.

The house couldn't be more central so it makes it easy to enjoy Etretat and its surroundings.
There is a noticeable musty smell throughout the house, to the point that our clothes smelled musty when we left. I understand that old houses can be damp, but using a dehumidifier would be very helpful to get rid of the humidity and smell and improve the air quality.
The bathroom could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning, as dust has accumulated in the corners and along the edges.
