Guest Access & Check-in:
Guests have full access to the entire property. There are three private parking spaces located at the side of the house, exclusively for guest use.
We offer flexible check-in options where possible. Early check-in requests can be made and will be confirmed one day prior to arrival. If early check-in is not available, guests are welcome to park at the property and return later to check in at the standard time.
Keys are provided via a secure keybox for a smooth and hassle free arrival. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange this.
House Rules:
• Early check-in and late check-out are free of charge, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm.
• The property will only accommodate the number of adults confirmed on the booking. Additional unregistered guests are not permitted.
• The primary guest must provide a valid government issued ID after booking confirmation and prior to check-in.
• Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted.
• This is a residential neighbourhood, and guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Please report any breakages or damages before check-out.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violations will result in a £200 charge.
