About this house rental

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space: clean and bright bedrooms w/spacious living room, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry, access to deck and backyard... two bedrooms are furnished w/king-size beds, upper bedroom furnished w/queen-size bed, also dressers. Spacious living room furnished with office tables, chairs etc. is a good place to relax or work. Free parking+WiFi. Quiet safe place on a quiet street w/ huge backyard and 145 sft deck, steps to parks with tennis and basketball courts, walk to lake Erie to sunbathe, swim or fishing, Friendship Trail to take a stroll, bike or jog enjoying the beautiful nature, minutes drive or biking to Crystal Beach area to listen to jazz in a pub etc., 5 minutes drive to groceries and shopping areas, minutes 2 QEW hwy. This is a pet-friendly house. The space includes Two bedrooms of approx 100 sft each furnished w/king-size beds, spacious bedroom on 2nd floor furnished with queen-size bed, fully furnished living room of approx 600 sft, full kitchen fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee-maker, blender, and cooking stuff, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and backyard deck of around 1450 sft space. Also huge backyard good to barbecue etc.
Parking is onsite beside the house, 5 minutes drive to groceries and shopping areas (Sobey, No Frills, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Rona, Tim Horton's...) Minutes drive to QEW highway... Quiet, safe, clean, and simply beautiful area close to everything you may need to enjoy life in a healthy way etc.
Host also speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Swedish...
