This beautiful modern Mediterranean home in Lake Hills Neighborhood is perfect for your next Family ATX Visit with its sprawling backyard and kid friendly setup. It's open shared living spaces with cathedral ceilings and natural light are perfect for gatherings and the warmth of family life in your "home away from home". As you walk in the Entrance Foyer, the home opens up from to the formal living & formal dining area to the left, and the Kitchen/breakfast and family room are adjacent behind the staircase. The Kitchen features granite countertops and new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, hosts a large island with wine cellar, and opens up to the family room overlooking the beautiful backyard. There is a bedroom with full bathroom downstairs. The Master Bedroom, 2 Jack & Jill bedrooms, and dedicated Furnished office space (which could be a 5th bedroom with an inflatable mattress) are upstairs. The Master Bedroom has two en-suite closets, soaking tub, shower, and double vanities. 3-car garage. Baby Crib is of course available upon request.
