****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Step inside this inviting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Turning Leaf comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private attached bathroom with his and her sinks, as well as a relaxing garden tub. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is ideal for the kids with 2 bunk beds – each featuring a full bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bed on top.

Inside, the rental boasts an open floor plan seamlessly connects to the living room and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy with your loved ones. The open living spaces provide the perfect backdrop for quality time together, whether you're playing board games, watching movies, or simply relaxing.

The highlight of the property is the covered lake porch with two ceiling fans and outdoor patio furniture, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Sinclair and the private dock. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail while overlooking the serene waters. For outdoor fun, guests can gather around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows under the starlit sky, or simply savor the tranquil ambiance of lakeside living. We have 2 kayaks with paddles. The water depth at the dock is about 10ft. Please be sure to bring your own life vest.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the locked owner and supply closets.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located on a gravel road in Sparta, GA. This is a quiet, family friendly area.

Getting Around:
Kroger in Milledgeville is 25 miles/35 minutes from this property. There is also a Walmart located in Milledgeville. Publix is 47 miles/58 minutes away.

Coops Landing convenience store is 7 miles/10 minutes from the property.

Other Things to Note:
There is a charcoal grill (be sure to bring your own charcoal)

Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. 2 dog limit. Please message the size and breed of your pet and if they are house trained. 1 dog is $150. 2 dogs is $250.

Nearest boat ramp is off Carrs Station Rd. 10 minutes from the property by car. You can tie your boat or jetski off at the dock. No boat ramp available. The water level is 10ft at the dock.

Property is across the water from Crooked Creek Marina. 10-15 minute boat ride.

Guests do not have access to the boat on the lift.
