About this house rental
Welcome to Palazzo Marzino (Vacation Rental License #LIC23-0197).
This Italian-inspired villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering an epic experience in wine country. After driving up the steep incline of Summit Avenue, you will be greeted by incredible views of the Russian River Valley and a modern-day castle filled with globally sourced art.
Arrival and Entry:
Once inside the iron gate, descend the garden stairs to the large wooden front door. The key is located in a lockbox to the right of the doorway (code provided separately). If you are arriving in a Tesla, a charger is available in the garage.
Living Spaces:
The 2,400 sq. ft. home is spread across two levels. The upper level includes a central living area, a dining area, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with its own deck overlooking the river valley. The lower level features a sitting room that opens to the rear patio, outdoor dining area, and pool.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
All bedrooms are located on the lower level:
- Primary Suite: King-size bed with an ensuite full bath (shower). - Russian River View Room: Queen-size bed with panoramic views. - Private Bedroom: Queen-size bed located at the back of the house. - Hallway Bath: Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. - Upper Level Bath: Additional bathroom with a shower.
Amenities
- Pool & Hot Tub:
The pool is open year-round and is solar-heated from May to October (weather dependent, typically 76 degrees). Please use caution near the steep drop-off at the pool terrace. A hot tub with forest views is also located on the lower deck.
-Climate Control: Central heat, air conditioning, and five gas fireplaces.
- Kitchen & Laundry: Full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and ice maker. A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
- Technology: Wi-Fi, landline, and five TVs with cable/streaming capabilities.
- Linens: One set of bath towels and one pool towel are provided per person. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries.
Property Policies
- Supervision: Due to the fine art and materials throughout the home, children under 10 must be supervised at all times.
- Safety: Door chimes are installed per county law for pool awareness. An exterior camera monitors the driveway only.
- Parking: Off-street parking is available for two cars.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.

- No outdoor amplified sound or music is permitted at any time.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 2 cars.

Beautiful gem of house tuck away in the hills. It was very spacious, very clean. We loved all the artwork and design that went into the place - truly amazing.The garage was an added plus and kept our car clean during some storm time. We had such a great time on our Birthday/Anniversary trip, and we definitely recommend this house. Management was very responsive and accommodating.Highly recommended - Nothing but 5 stars!!Thanks again, Scott & Becky

Thank you! We had a wonder stay. This home had all the amenities needed and more. This was a wine trip for our group and was conveniently located for all that we had planned. This property is truly amazing! The host kept in contact prior to our stay with all the information we needed.
