About this house rental
The beautiful Villa Antonela impresses with its timeless design and high level of comfort. With a living space of 420 square meters, it can accommodate up to 13 people. It has five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and an entertainment room. On the ground floor of the villa there is a stylishly furnished living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and the entertainment room are located on the second floor.
The open-plan living, dining and cooking area on the first floor leads directly onto the beautiful terrace with access to the 32 square meter private pool, which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The outdoor bubble bath also provides additional relaxation. To keep boredom at bay, there is also a pool table, darts and table football. However, if you would rather put your culinary skills to the test and try out some of the many regional specialties, you can do so on the barbecue in the well-tended garden. The 1000 square meter property is fully fenced and has four parking spaces. In short, at Villa Antonela you will find everything you need for a perfect and carefree vacation in Istria.
This beautiful villa is located in Rogovici, in the nearby village of Tar with interesting cultural and recreational events (e.g. donkey races), as well as close to Porec and only 4 km from the beach. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage, whose massive city walls defy time and greet visitors from all over the world. Don't miss a visit to the Euphrasian Basilica. Built in the middle of the 6th century in Byzantine style, the church is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. The nearby small town of Visnjan is situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by rich forests of the picturesque Istrian countryside. The ancient terrace on the main square, which can be entered through a Venetian arch, gives an amazing sea view. Since the days of Venetian rule, Visnjan served as a well-known trading center where all kinds of agricultural products and tools were sold. Even today, a traditional open market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Visnjan is also world famous for its astronomical observatory.

Wir haben das Haus mit 5 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern (4-11) gebucht. Haus: Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr groß und alles war sauber. Es gibt ein Dart-Spiel (funktioniert nicht trotz Strom), einen Billard-Tisch (schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen), einen Tischkicker und einen Pool. Die PS4 haben wir nie zu sehen bekommen. Aufs Internet kann man sich leider nicht verlassen. Dieses ist teilweise sehr langsam, so dass wir meistens unser Handynetz verwendet haben. Die Küche ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Platz zum Kochen und Sitzen für 12 Personen. Es sollte jedoch mal ein richtiges Schneidebrett und scharfe Zackenmesser gekauft werden. Zudem fehlt auch ein Messbecher. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse hat leider nicht genügend Platz für 11 Personen geboten. Wir haben den Tisch um unseren Camping-Tisch erweitert. Grundstück: Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Die Liegen sind mit Schirmen geschützt. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen Whirlpool. Draußen gibt es zudem noch eine Grillstelle. Für Kinder hat der Garten außer dem Pool leider nichts mehr zu bieten. Unseren Kindern haben z.B. weitere Bäume oder Spielmöglichkeiten gefehlt... Zimmer: Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer außer eins hatten einen Rollladen. Die vier Klimaanlagen sind im Gang und nicht in den Zimmern. Dies ist zwecks Lärm natürlich angenehmer, aber die Zimmer werden dadurch in der Nacht auch ziemlich warm. Da wir es nachts sehr warm hatten, mussten wir sie eingeschaltet lassen. Wenn die Klimaanlagen eingeschaltet sind, hört man das Brummen im Haus...falls jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat ;-). Umgebung: Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten beim Meer mit verschiedenen (meistens überlaufenen) Stränden. Mir ist Istrien allgemein zu überlaufen, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Im Ort selbst bekommt man am Obst- und Gemüsestand frische Ware. In dem Nachbarort Tar gibt es ein tolles günstiges Restaurant (s. andere meine andere Rezension) und zwei Einkaufsläden (Hipermarket Tommy und Plodine). Zudem gibt es einen Fischstand im Ort, der bis 13Uhr geöffnet hat, eine Apotheke und eine Post. Kontakt: Der Kontakt hat prima geklappt. Ivan war unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Er spricht hauptsächlich Englisch und war immer mit Rat&Tat zur Stelle. Fazit: Alles in Allem hatten wir einen Tollen Urlaub in dem Haus, gerne wieder :-).

Eine sehr schöne große gepflegte Villa! Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz und allem, was man zum Entspannen braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind toll und werden einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Die große Küche ist voll ausgestattet und mit 2 großen Kühlschränken versehen. Dank der ruhigen Lage kann man toll entspannen. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.
