There is ample parking in front of the house and the back garden is huge, the bedrooms are a good size also. The location of the property is great to take local transport into the centre and there are also shops close by and a park for children is only 10 minutes walk away. The communication with the host was also good 👍
Sadly, the kitchen wasn’t equipped with some basic needs to aid cooking at the home that guests would use regularly.

Perfect property, just what we needed! Sometimes it’s hard to find accommodation like this when working for a fair price. We are in derby often so this will be our first choice to book. Plenty room for parking which is a bonus.

The property was very clean and it’s so beautiful… they have the basic supplies and it made the stay 10 times better

The house had ample parking, all that we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable.
The outside toilet was a little bleak , but helpful to have when there was four of us staying.
