Oddzielny budynek, cały do dyspozycji (pawilon usługowy przerobiony na mieszkanie) zapewnia prywatność i niezależność. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką, proste, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Mieszkanie czyste, powierzchnia dość kompaktowa ze względu na skosy ale wszystko jest, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, kawa, herbata, słodki poczęstunek. Podobało mi się, że jest kuchenka mikrofalowa, wygodne łóżko i dużo kanałów w TV.
Przy wejściu na parterze jest bardzo zimno więc po dotarciu na górę trzeba zamykać drzwi na górze bo kaloryfery na górze nie dają rady mimo, że pracują pełną parą. Dwie kołdry bardzo się przydały. Zimą trzeba uważać na schodkach prowadzących do budynku, jest dość ślisko. Na zewnątrz w ciągu dnia dość duży ruch ze względu na bliskość parkingu i innych pawilonów usługowych.

Przestronność (pokój, przedpokój, duża kuchnia). Położenie - cicha okolica, stosunkowo blisko do centrum, bardzo blisko do Aquaparku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
Dziwny, nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience (która bynajmniej nie była brudna), może z kanalizacji. Kiepska jakość obrazu w TV.
