Great location 25 minutes by walk from Piazza Maggiore. Supermarkets, bars and everything nearby. Great host, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, kitchen with everything you need for snacking or cooking. Great terrace with tables, city view. Self check in with a smart system. Silence in the apartment, good relax. Confortable bed, tv with manny channels and streaming. Good price deal for a trip in Bologna! We would come again here. All areas very clean!
The door handle (apartment entrace) is a bit hard to open after unlocking with the code or app, but not imposible to manage.

Camera grande e accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata anche x il riscaldamento, pavimento in legno comodissimo x chi ama andare scalzi , buon servizio smart x accedere
Purtroppo, doccia poco spazio, un filo d’acqua , colazione semplice semplice, e nonostante la macchinetta nessuna cialda caffè, forse meglio lasciare il tutto in ogni singola stanza quando si ha qualcosa di condiviso

la colazione disponibile con merendine e marmellate, non speciale ma ottima per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
un bagno in 3 camere è troppo poco, ovviamente la mattina era di difficile gestione. Il materasso del letto è davvero troppo morbido, fa proprio la buca...Inoltre qualche indicazione su dove poter parcheggiare sarebbe gradita dato che spesso se vai in hotel potresti non conoscere la città.
