Great space and facilities!
The energy went a few times so need to check that. Also had one day with low hot water. Apart from that all good.

House is big, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Very nice and clean neighborhood. The bilard(pool table) and swimming pool were a great plus of this location. The kitchen is large and well-equipped.
I had bad whether during my trip (November, rain + wind, only 15 degrees). The house was a little bit cold for me at this time. But this should not be a problem if you travel in warmer months. This house is prepared to be perfect for hot whether. If you plan to visit during winter, just bring extra sweater/jacket ;)
