Апартамент очень чистый, ухоженный. Все в апартаменте обустроена а стиле китч. В соседнем доме - продуктовый магазин. Михеле очень внимателен и предоставляет любую информацию и помощь. Предоставил нам свой гараж для нашей машины за 20 евро и помог запарковаться. В апартаменте есть оливковое масло, кофе в капсулах, чай, сахар и специи, есть средство для мытья посуды и полотенце для кухни.
Ночь в музее современного искусства - не совсем то, что нам было нужно. Эта квартира больше подойдет для молодежи. Мы бы предпочли больше удобств, чем картины на стене: было бы хорошо поставить стиральную и посудомоечную машину, чашки для чая и нормальные не пластиковые бокалы. Парковка в этом месте - ОЧЕНЬ большая проблема! Не верьте отзывам, где было написано, что есть бесплатная парковка (с белой полосой) возле апартамента! Там даже все платные парковки заняты!

La posizione in una bella zona di Genova; l'appartamento spazioso ristrutturato e arredato con gusto; la veranda con tavolini e gazebo; la gentilezza, la simpatia e la disponibilità del proprietario; la pulizia e dotato di ogni confort; possibilità posto auto durante il soggiorno.
