Appartement très propre et très bien équipé, dans un joli quartier calme non loin d'intramuros (en voiture). Stationnement aisé dans la rue. Hôtes sympathiques et disponibles.
Il s'agit d'un soubassement aménagé, donc la "pièce de vie" (salle à manger/ cuisine) ne dispose pas d'une fenêtre. Le mieux est d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée vers le jardin, qui donne directement dans la pièce. C'est bien par beau temps, mais moins adapté pour d'éventuels jours de pluie où on reste plus longtemps à l'abri à l'appartement.
