Cleanliness was very good, parking off road excellent. The kitchen was very good although we didn't really use it as we were only staying one night.
The bathroom was cramped but serviceable. However if you were particularly 'large' the toilet would have been a struggle to get to. The bedding was clean but tired. The only real issue for us was the smoky atmosphere. Clearly there is or was a smoker in the house which was strong in the annex.
