Viikko kaksiossa, toinen kerros. Moderni, siisti, sopivan kokoinen, uudehko huoneisto. Säilytystilaa hyvin. Pyykinpesukone toimi hyvin. Astianpesukone, jota käytimme vain kerran. Induktioliesi ajanotolla. Tilava jääkaappi. Hyvät pyyhkeet ja käsipyyhkeitä runsaasti. Rauhallinen ympäristö, sopiva kävelymatka kauppoihin, bussille, keskustaan jne. Ilmastointi tehokas. Vuokraemäntä Mirela oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Kiitos!!! Kommunikointi onnistui vaivattomasti WhatsAppilla.
Suihkun lämminvesiboileri ei ollut päällä saapuessamme illalla, tuli vain kylmää vettä. Huoneistossa olisi hyvä olla yleiset ohjeet esim. lämminvesiboilerista, käsisuihkun käytöstä, parvekkeen ovesta ja roskien käsittelystä. Tallelokero irrallaan kaapissa. Astioita osittain vähän, esim. vain kolme mukia/kuppia. Kahvinkeitin pieni ja vaatimaton. Nämä asiat ovat helposti parannettavissa.
