•Our guesthouse is a cozy haven for a peaceful retreat.
• The sleeping arrangements are comfortable, and the space is ideal for couples or friends seeking a getaway.
• We provide privacy while still allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of our property.
• Our friendly dogs and free-range poultry adds a charming touch to the rural experience.
•Our property is a wonderful escape for those looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
▪︎Want to fish for Lake Erie Perch and Walleye? There is room to park your boat.
• Enjoy deer watching in the evening and early morning in the back fields.
▪︎We are an active farm. You will see farm equipment and tree logs around the side of the property. We use the logs to heat all of our buildings in the winter.
•We have a long driveway. There is plenty of space for parking right up to the doorstep.

Our property is peaceful and a great escape form life`s hustle and bustle.
It is a quiet neighborhood. Homeowners have acreage surrounding their homes. We are pretty spaced apart.
We love the open farmland view with the best sunsets.
You will need a vehicle to drive to your destinations.
Or take an Uber.
☆!*The stairs to the bedroom loft are steep and may be physically challenging to some people. The bedroom loft ceiling height is also low.☆!*
• Due to the high bedroom loft and steep steps, this may not be ideal for small children. However, we do have gates upon request and the top rails are 2 inches higher than code.
•We have two large friendly dogs, free range chickens, ducks, and honey bees.
•There is a gate under the patio to keep our animals out of your patio and backyard space.
•We are an active husbandry and apiary farm. You may be visited by friendly chickens and ducks. The beehive is far away from the tiny guest house.
•There is also some wildlife who have been seen roaming around the farmlands and deer who like to run across our property.
•You need to totally relax and unwind in this beautiful space we built.
•You need to enjoy yourselves and take in the peacefulness and serenity.
•You really do not need to worry about making too much noise around here. We are a safe space.
•We are very easy going and laid back. We are here for any concerns.

Host was pleasant and commutation was on point. The tiny house was clean and atmosphere was amazing. Also having chickens around was very therapeutic! Will definitely be reaching out again for another visit

My fiancée and I had the best time here. First there are lots of ducks and chickens that you can feed and they will come right up to you. If you want to feel what it’s like to have chickens and farm living this is a wonderful experience. The house itself is very clean and laid out well. The owners were very kind and will get you more chicken feed (cause you’ll want more and so will the chickens.) we had a very relaxing two days here. It’s within 15 minutes to anything you’d want to see or go to.

This is an amazing little rental and was the perfect size for my small dogs and I. The front patio area wraps around and is fully fenced in. It's designed in such a way that feels really private. The interior is really thoughtfully decorated to maximize the space while still feeling cozy. The hosts were super sweet and I super appreciated the farm fresh eggs and honey they left for us. Will absolutely be back.

Our stay was great! The pictures on the listing do it no justice! Everything was perfectly designed and decorated! The ducks and chickens were the cherry on top!
