About this apartment rental

You will find Queens Garden Residence located in the heart of St Andrews. Queens Gardens has an enviable setting just off South Street in the centre of St Andrews. It is a terrace of period houses which overlooks gardens on the opposite side of the one way street and with St Andrews Episcopal Church at its end. It is close to the University, shops, bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the world famous Old Course and the West Sands beach.

Queens Garden Residence will accommodate up to six guests, with two double bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with a single trundle bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge area for two further guests. The property has been renovated to a high standard with some period features for example the original fireplace and a lovely cornice ceiling design. There is a modern bathroom with a walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, small garden area and street parking available, however this may be limited during peak times.

Quaint tidy apartment located with several other units in the same building, on the ground floor. Decent kitchen with induction and electric oven/grill. Equipped with basic pots, pans & utensils. Nice shower with good water pressure. Good size bedrooms with clean comfortable beds. Great location short walk to center of town, shops, pubs & restaurants. Only drawback is the noise; the strong closure on the main front door slams every time its used and the other tenants upstairs were partying until the early hours, there is also a bit of street noise. It's a trade off for the location.
