We loved this property, it is very spacious, clean and tidy and is in a beautiful location with good landscape views. Our host Anna was excellent, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including advice and help for booking transport in the area. The rooms had all the ammenities we needed and beds were very comfortable with lots of space and the bathroom was big with lots of natural light. Access to the pool and outdoor communal seating areas but also each apartment is private and there’s no disturbance in the area. Some shops nearby and a 25 minute walk into the town for restaurants and larger grocery store. We came to Tuoro sul Trasimeno for a wedding and were very happy with our stay here, couldn’t have asked for better, thank you to Anna for making it welcoming for us.

We had absolutely no faults for the property! But it is worth noting that for the area in general, it was sometimes hard to secure transport because we didn’t drive. Local taxi numbers available at the train station but would advise to pre book if you can or hire a car if you are able to drive!

Un servizio colazione con magari un paio di torte fatte in casa e un caffè o cappuccino in giardino non guasterebbe

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso umbro. Appartamento accogliente, con spazi molto ampi, esterni bellissimi da vivere con amici e famiglia. Anna inoltre è stata molto accogliente e gentile. 100% raccomandato!

Forse valuterei l aggiunta di un microonde per soggiorni lunghi, ma noi ci siamo fermati per poco tempo quindi non ne abbiamo sentito la necessita.

Wat een fijne accomodatie is Brocca! Het appartement was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een oven en vaatwasser. Bij aankomst stond het kinderbedje voor ons zoontje van 11 maanden al helemaal opgemaakt voor hem klaar, zelfs met een knuffeltje erbij. Super lief. Wat wij vooral heel fijn vonden, was dat ons zoontje alle ruimte had om binnen, maar ook buiten op het terras voor het appartement en bij het zwembad, lekker te kunnen kruipen, spelen en ontdekken. En dat het appartement ook qua geluid goed was geïsoleerd, zodat andere gasten geen last hadden van eventuele kindergeluiden. Dat gaf ons als ouders veel rust. Daarnaast is Anna een hele lieve, fijne gastvrouw. Er stond bij aankomst ook een heerlijk potje tomatensaus klaar en op ons verzoek bracht ze ons nog war groente uit eigen tuin. Tot slot is de accomodatie ook prima gelegen om leuke dorpjes in Umbrie en Toscane te ontdekken.
