About this campground/ rv resort rental
This RV overlooks the Spring River valley with three season views of the river (peek-a-boo views in the summer). Beautiful hills, native wildlife, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets can be seen from this site. At night enjoy a campfire and the lightning bugs; or sit back and view the stars in the expansive night sky. You will have access to the Spring River where you can put in or take out for your float trip.
You will stay in a 2016 Grand Design Momentum 28M Toy Hauler. Up stairs is an RV king bed with plenty of closet space and drawers. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Downstairs is the main living with kitchen. Here you will find a large sink, 3 burner gas stove/oven, and an 18 cf french door refrigerator/freezer. There is a large pantry stocked with extra items to make your stay more comfortable. The cabinets are stocked with some basic cooking items, service for 4, utensils and cookware. Also in the main living area is a 3 seater leather couch with recliners on each end and console in the middle. Here you will also find a TV with Roku and a few local channels; sound system with speakers throughout the interior and on the exterior; DVD player; fireplace with remote; and interior/exterior LED lighting. In the garage/dining area you will have jack-knife leather bench seating and a table. If you are in need of extra sleeping space the bench seating converts to a queen size bed. This paired with the upper drop-down bed provides queen bunks for an additional 4 adults. You also have the option of lowering the back loading deck into a nice relaxing patio area with railing. There is a pull down screen separating the patio section from the interior seating section allowing for bug-free fresh air dining or sleeping. Outside you will have a picnic table, outdoor speakers, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit with rustic log seating. The awnings can be extended over the porches to provide shade.
