**We are decorated for Christmas!** Welcome to SUNSHINE COVE, a premier vacation home on Table Rock Lake, ready for your friends and family! Enjoy relaxing, tranquil views for your morning coffee and breathtaking evening sunsets overlooking the lake. This gorgeous home is one of the rare vacation homes that offers a gorgeous lake view AND the option to walk right down to the lake. Outdoor lovers can explore with our private Kayak and paddleboard, available at our lodge and launched from the cove below. Fish and swim to your heart's content in the cove. We provide fishing rods and a small tackle box for guest use.
Sunshine Cove is located in Wilderness Mountain, a master-planned resort community, and provides an expansive community pool and lazy river along with an indoor pool, children's playground, a shared outdoor fire pit - all just steps away. You also have your very own PRIVATE HOT TUB and PRIVATE FIRE PIT on the patio overlooking the lake. You'll also find a second pool with treehouse playground, basketball and pickle ball courts. Minutes from Branson and Silver Dollar City! Bring your boat and launch it from the nearby public use area or one of the marinas.
Our accommodations include 2 separate living spaces, 4 Private Bedrooms, a Bunkbed Loft, 4 Bathrooms, Deck & Patio, Kitchen, Dining Room, Private Hot Tub, and More!
MAIN LEVEL:
KITCHEN/DINING: Our kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals for your whole group. The kitchen area seats 11 people, including a table for 8 and a bar setting for 3. We also offer a 2nd dining table on the deck. Our lodge includes basic spices and a coffee pot & Keurig combo. The kitchen also features a fridge with ice.
LIVING ROOM:
Our living room on the main level features gorgeous lake views through expansive windows, comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV.
OUTDOOR:
Step onto the covered deck with expansive views (You won't believe how beautiful!) of Table Rock Lake. Enjoy outdoor dining and a gas grill.
BEDROOM #1:
Bedroom #1 is on the main level and features a KING size bed, Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom with shower, and sliding glass door.
LOWER LEVEL:
2ND LIVING AREA:
Our second living space is on the lower level and features comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping options, and a Smart TV. It also offers views of the lake and access to the lower patio with lake views and comfortable patio seating.
BEDROOM #2
Bedroom #2 is on the lower level and features a QUEEN size bed, Smart TV, and hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bedroom has lake views.
BEDROOM #3
Bedroom #3 is on the lower level and features a KING size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
LAUNDRY ROOM
A full-size washer and dryer are located on the lower level.
UPPER LEVEL
BEDROOM #4:
Bedroom #4 is on the upper level and features a KING size bed, Smart TV, and gorgeous lake views with a full bathroom outside the door.
LOFT (5th SLEEPING AREA):
The loft area offers a TWIN sized bunk bed and access to the upper level full bathroom. (Please note, the loft area where we feature our bunk beds is open to the landing at the top of the upper level but can also be semi-private when all doors are closed.)
PRIVATE AMENITIES:
2 separate outdoor spaces (deck and patio) are nicely furnished with sitting areas and dining tables overlooking the lake.

Sunshine Cove is always the perfect house for our group of 6 every year. It's in a prime location with many amenities.
