This level includes 3 bedrooms: the first features 1 French bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 190 cm and opens onto a balcony; the second is equipped with 1 sofabed of 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 French bed of 2 x 90 cm by 190 cm; the third bedroom configuration is part of the overall sleeping arrangement on this floor. The ground floor also features an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom with WC and a separate WC complete this level.
On the upper floor, a second entrance hall provides access to 2 bedrooms each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 190 cm, both with an exit to the balcony. A fifth bedroom on this floor contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm.
