About this apartment rental
Enjoy the tranquility in the typical Engadine village of Sent, which has its own valley descent in winter directly accessible from the ski area. Surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, and a ski and bathing offer that is second to none, you will be greeted by the locals with a friendly Allegra on the street.
The exclusive, new, and comfortably furnished large attic apartment (160m2) impresses with light-flooded rooms. The use of new and old wood creates an exciting interplay and a lot of warmth. The lift takes you directly from the garage and ground floor to the apartment. The spacious living/dining area invites you to linger, either at the cozy dining table or on the sofa. Enjoy a glass of wine in front of the Swedish stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere, after a strenuous day, or on one of the exclusive lounge sofas, from which you can enjoy the view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. You have a total of three televisions at your disposal, an Xbox, and a Sonos sound system. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a sunny balcony, where you can easily have a barbecue evening or an aperitif, or simply let the day end comfortably.
The shopping opportunities are within a 5-minute walk. The (ski) bus stop is located just 130m from the house (Sent, Sala). In a 15-minute drive, you can comfortably reach the valley station of the mountain lifts as well as the Scuol-Tarasp train station. The use of the ski bus is included in the winter ski ticket. The valley run to Sent, called the dream slope, lives up to its name and ends just above the village. The public underground parking garage is a one-minute walk from the apartment - ideal if you arrive with multiple cars.
In summer and winter, the surroundings invite you to take small and large walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins directly outside the front door.
