About this house rental
Our home is a on a 3.2 acre gated property. The neighborhood is quiet. There are fruit and nut trees and an outdoor oven. The home is on one level and we just built a ramp for easy access. The home is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. We have several farm animals in the pasture next to the house (horses, geese, chickens, sheep, lamb and goats). Guests may look at the animals from the gate but are not allowed entry to the pasture. There is ample parking. There is a front porch to look across at the mountainside and a variety of beautiful trees and birds. Visit nearby wineries and a super fun family water park. Enjoy hiking, apple picking, outlet shopping in Gilroy. Close to Santa Cruz, Carmel, Monterey, San Jose, Moss Landing. Close to some great ocean fishing. Enjoy a day of golf at near by Coyote Point Golf Course. Eat at some great restaurants in downtown Morgan Hill. Sleep in - One king size bed, two queen size beds, three twin size beds. Two couches, one love seat. We are 25 minutes from Santa Clara and Levi Stadium hosting the summer of 2026 World Cup😊.

This property was the perfect size for our 6 adults and 2 kids. Well stoked kitchen and prime location for Gilroy events or activities. Our family enjoyed watching and talking to the horses next door.

Family flew in from Hawaii, Washington and Oregon to help celebrate a life well lived. This house was large enough to accommodate all of us without being on top of each other. Having coffee and cocktails on the front lanai was simply delightful.

Spacious property and large home with a great floor plan. It is a ranch with horses, goats, farm fresh eggs and privacy. There is a peacefulness here where you can relax and recharge. Family time was great. Location to Gilroy Gardens, wineries, and restaurants is convenient.Communication with management was very timely and accommodating.

Overall the property met our needs for number of beds and location. However, we were surprised at how run down the place was. It needs updating! The kitchen appliances are old and rundown. Many of the cabinets were dirty with garage supplies stored in them. The back patio and grills are unusable due to cleanliness and need for updating. Several windows did not close without going outside to do so. Multiple spiders in bathroom and cobwebs/dust in fixtures and ledges. Furniture, appliances have not been updated since 1980’s. A light at the gate entrance would be helpful for safety as traffic is pretty fast on the main road and street lighting is minimal. Grateful for the place but could be a lot better, and more accurately promoted.
