Welcome to Elevated Grounds, where every sip and moment is a celebration! This coffee-themed cabin is a haven for aficionados and adventurers alike, boasting a bounty of amenities to delight the senses and elevate your stay (and your furry friend's stay! See the bottom of this description for notes regarding our pet fee and other services). *Please note*: since the taking of these photos, there has been a hot tub privacy screen, and a privacy fence installed between the neighboring cabin which provides even more privacy and separation.
Step inside and be greeted by the complimentary coffee station equipped with an espresso machine, milk frother, an array of syrups, as well as a K-cup and drip carafe brewer. Fuel your mornings with the perfect cup before embarking on your day's adventures or planned relaxations.
Elevated Grounds offers luxurious accommodations for up to 8 guests, featuring two king en suites and a cozy bunk room with four twin beds, each with its own en suite for added comfort and convenience. Large windows coat the cabin, inviting the sunshine to dance throughout the space, creating a fresh and energizing atmosphere.
Outside, the expansive back deck beckons you to unwind in style. Channel your inner chef at the outdoor kitchen, complete with a large countertop and built-in grill plumbed directly to the house's gas supply—propane provided. Gather around the towering fireplace where a large screen TV awaits - perfect for movie nights under the stars.
For those seeking more relaxation, slip into the hot tub on the attached cabana and soak in the serenity as you gaze upon the towering pine trees that surround you. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit and swap stories with loved ones, reminiscing about the "good ol' days" or simply basking in the presence of the moment. Kick up a friendly competition of horseshoes right next to the fire pit and see who has kitchen duty after tomorrow's dinner.
Located on the north side of Broken Bow/Hochatown, Elevated Grounds offers easy and quick access to all the area's popular restaurants and attractions, ensuring you never have to venture far to experience the best of what the area has to offer.

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES:
p e t s : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request.
f i r e w o o d: You can opt for bundles of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
e a r l y / l a t e: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
