This review may be biased based off previous rentals and now learning new methods by many other renters.....
But we have never rented a home stocked so lean. This is in reference to things like dish soap, trash bags...etc.
As someone who is renting a home those are basic things that one expects to be provided not have to pack in my opinion.
The house its self is a super cute 3 bedroom 2 bath that seems repainted and possibly updated recently. However the propane grill was also not there as listed preventing us from cooking dinner our first night in. We also had to purchase our own grill tools and kitchen cuttlery in order to cook the entire trip.
Maps does show you that it is near the wildlife sanctuary park but it does not prepare you for the worst mosquitos ive experienced at the coast! Pack plentyyyy of bug supplies, indoor and out.
None of these are big terrible things, the house its self is cute and in working shape, we just ended up having more hiccups than expect on our trip is all.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The place was very clean but lack adequate seating for 6. Living room only sat 5 and dining table only sat 4. No bar stools, side tables, lamps. Front shower never had hot water. Get those things taken care of my rating would go up. Mosquitoes were terrible partly due to location but mostly uncontrollable due to all the rain. This all sounds so negative but the place was very clean and there is a very nice neighbor who watches out for the neighborhood and made sure our trash cans were taken out and put up.
