About this bed and breakfast
On the second floor of the main house, the Corail bedroom features a sitting area with armchairs, dressing table, wardrobe and high vaulted ceilings.
The bathroom features a double vanity unit, large shower and separate toilet.
This guest room is very spacious, approx. 35 m², south-facing, with views over the courtyard and surrounding countryside.
It can accommodate a king-size double bed or 2 or 3 single beds.
Breakfast and table d'hôte are served under the awning or in the dining room.
For your meals, a kitchen and barbecue are at your disposal, as well as tables and chairs in the courtyard.
Located in Drôme Provençale, 10 minutes from Grignan, 30 minutes from Montélimar and Orange, and less than 1 hour from Avignon and the Ventoux, La Moutière is an 18th-century bastide surrounded by outbuildings. The 2-hectare property, set amid lavender and sunflower fields, is bordered by a river, a stream and crossed by a canal with a water wheel. Over the course of its history, it has successively been a silkworm cocoon reeling site, a pottery, a tannery and, from 1964, a family vacation home. After the purchase, it took a long year of renovation work to restore the bastide to its former glory. Since July 2009, Françoise welcomes you to La Moutière all year round. The property comprises 5 gîtes and 4 chambres d'hôtes for a total of 42 beds. The swimming pool, set in lush greenery, will make you decide to spend your next vacation at La Moutière.

House rules :
The tenant assumes all responsibility for accidents in the swimming pool, and undertakes to supervise children under 12. In the event of use of the Wifi access point, the tenant undertakes not to carry out any illegal activity and/or download and to respect the obligations defined by law. It is forbidden to light fires outside the barbecue. Pets are permitted subject to a fee and strict rules. Compliance with anti-smoking regulations is mandatory. Finally, the tenant undertakes to keep the property clean and to return it in good condition.
