The main house can accommodate up to ten guests in five very comfortable, well-equipped large bedrooms. The adjacent all-ground-floor annex accommodation provides a comfortable retreat for two, perfectly suited for grandparents or guests seeking a quieter space.
The ground floor is light, airy, and spacious throughout. A vast and inviting kitchen awaits culinary adventures, fully equipped with modern amenities to inspire your inner chef. Including large fridge/freezer, hot water tap and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table or unwind in the comfort of multiple living areas. Whether you\'re seeking quiet moments curled up with a book in the family room or indulging in movie nights by the crackling fireplace, there\'s a space for all ages and occasions.

Fantastic spacious accommodation and the downstairs layout made it easy to hold a multi generation family party (with dogs). Loved the large dining room where 12 of us could comfortably enjoy convivial meals. Well equipped kitchen.
We didn't appreciate hunting endlessly in the kitchen for the cutlery which was in a hidden drawer. A label on outside would be helpful here. Similarly we looked in all the bathrooms and bedrooms looking in vain for a hairdryer. On departure, we found it in the larder!
Hooks on the backs of the doors for dressing gowns / towels would be useful, plus more shelving /cupboards in the main bathroom for storing toiletries, and surprised in a rental of this quality there was no shower gel provided.

All guests had nothing but positive comments about this accommodation. Very spacious, comfy and well equipped. Company were quick to respond to messages and the booklet in the cottage was clear and comprehensive.
A great place to hold a family get together. I would highly recommend.
Instructions on how to lock to keysafe at end of stay (took us about 5 minutes to figure it out ha ha).

We had a few issues with check in as we had asked for early check in but couldn’t in the end. Apart from that the stay was great and the house was beautiful in the 30 degree English heatwave! 🙌

Incredible house and location for a family trip for my mum's 60th birthday. Age ranging from 63 to 7 months old. The house has everything you need for your trip, plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also come together for meal times and relaxing. Location wise it's perfect for visiting several local beaches including the pier but also then come back to the quiet surroundings of the farmhouse. Would highly recommend to everyone!
