Soak up the glamour of the Côte d’Azur in the beautiful resort of Menton! Royal Sunny Apartment is a 2nd floor (with lift) apartment for 4, in the heart of the town and just 200m from the beach,.
The contemporary residence is in a quiet street but close to shops, restaurants, bars and the sea. The open-plan living area is full of light thanks to the large French windows which open out onto a shaded balcony. The balcony is furnished with a sofa and a café-style table and chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine al fresco.
Back inside, a modern orange sofa adds a pop of colour to the elegant white living room. There is also a flat-screen tv and extensive storage. The dining table seats 4 people and is next to a modern corner kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Guests will be able to fully enjoy this vibrant resort. Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (13-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.
Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is an 8-minute walk. From here guests can explore the length of the Côte d’Azur.
