The flat has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a living room with sofa bed) and can accommodate up to 6 people. The flat has a terrace without sea view:
- Bathroom/WC with shower and washbasin
- a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, fridge, cooking facilities, coffee machine
- LCD TV incl. satellite reception
- air conditioning
- Terrace or balcony incl. garden furniture and sea view
- WLAN Internet free of charge
- Crockery, towels, bed linen, toilet paper etc. are all provided by us
The holiday home is located just 100 metres from the sea in the small coastal village of "CESARICA". The village is situated directly on the coast, between the regions of Kvarner and North Dalmatia, 60 kilometres from Zadar or Senj. This coastal region offers visitors a unique opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with wild nature, far away from the tourist crowds. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the combination of sea and mountains, this is the best place to combine a seaside holiday with a hiking or cycling holiday in the national parks.
- A garden with a brick barbecue is also available for shared use.
- Parking for several cars is available on the fenced and lockable property.
2 pebble beaches with crystal-clear water are a 5-minute walk from the house.
