Stylish, spotlessly clean, spacious, newly decorated and very nicely furnished.
We couldn't figure out how to put the heating on in the living room in the evening so it was a bit chilly sitting watching TV.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed. Easy to settle into. Comfortable beds.
Much too cold on arrival, 16 degrees. Bedrooms did warm up eventually, but the living area remained cold.

A very nice flat with outside space and good parking. Modern, clean, well equipped and well decorated. Very quiet yet pretty good for public transport access to central Nottingham, a 15 min walk to the tram and buses closer. Good on site parking space. Host very prompt, there was an issue with the cooker which was very promptly dealt with.
