O condomínio é muito tranquilo e tem uma vista linda e acesso para Granja Comary. A funcionária Marilsa é muito simpática e nos atendeu muito bem.
A casa está precisando de manutenção é maior atenção a limpeza geral.

Condomínio, área verde, área de lazer muito boas. Roupas de cama e banho ótimas. Piscina, sauna e jacuzzi ótimas também.
Camas de casal muito duras. Sistema de aquecimento de água dos banheiros é fraco. Só dá pra usar 1 por vez.
