The location was very good as it was near the river and had a tram mere minutes away so it is easy to travel around dublin. The room itself was cosy and clean and does have amenities such a fitness center, which i didn't have time to go in, but i'm sure you can ask reception to let you in. Overall this is definitely recommended.
I wasn't aware initially that you need to go down to reception to replace your key every day that you are in the building for security purposes - it isn't a big deal but it would have been good to know this in advance.

There were good security measures in place, so it felt safe. It was relatively quiet as well which was good
There was already a safety fence on the outside of the window, but the window can only be opened a small bit and it was very hot inside the room despite that I was on the 5th floor
