It is difficult to rate this apartment because of so many contrasting experiences. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, luxurious accommodation. The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toiletries and 3 toilets are really comfy. Every room is well isolated. The host left a small package with the most necessary things, we've found it just in time. The common indoor pool is great. One can find the obligatory swimming cap in the appartment. The area is quiet, one can walk along the lakeshore. The sea is aboult 15 minutes walk. Free parking is super.
But... It took us a while to realize that we were communicating with an AI. This means that there was NO human support at all. (Quick general answers and no real help.) The cot offered was broken (and dirty) and we needed a good one. The AI promised to come and fix it as soon as possible :)) So our 1 year old boy had to sleep for 4 nights in an unsafe bed. There was no electricity in one of the bathrooms. The dishwasher was leaking. Our garage was occupied by another car. (We then used an empty parking slot in the common garage.) There was only 1 garage for the 6 guests. There was only 1 key for the 6 guests. The information provided before arrival was far too verbose, but there was not a single word about how we can get to the accommodation by car. It was problematic, because the road was closed about 50 meters from the destination. Google Maps couldn't tell us the right direction, so it took us a while to cross the train at the right place. I don't like to have to pay extra to get the keys before 17:00. (The lake was covered in blue algae and smelling and construction work in front of the building started at 7:30 am - but that's of course not the host's fault. )

Ruim appartement met uitzicht over Heist/ Knokke. Supermarkten redelijk dichtbij. Zwembad (verwarmd binnenbad, wel badmuts verplicht)
Vaatwasser en 1 douche kapot en weg lag eruit waardoor er een stukje gelopen moest worden om bij het gebouw te komen. Jaren ‘60 kolos gebouw dat aan onderhoud toe is.

Très bel appartement au 7e étage, avec vue panoramique. Lumineux et confortable.
Pas d'interlocuteur sur place. Quand il s'est avéré le premier jour que le lave-vaisselle était en panne, il a fallu écrire à Huswell, qui nous a promis la visite du "property manager" -- lequel n'est jamais venu et ne s'est jamais manifesté.
Même chose pour le robinet défectueux dans une des douches.
Ajoutons que le code Wifi donné par Huswell était incorrect : il manquait une lettre, retrouvée par déduction.
Autre sujet de mécontentement (mais l'appartement lui-même n'est pas en cause), les travaux routiers extérieurs de grande ampleur qui rendaient impossible l'accès normal à l'immeuble via le GPS n'avaient pas été annoncés par Huswell. Quant à la boîte à clés au fond d'une boîte aux lettres peu accessible, elle a demandé quelques contorsions.

Poor information regarding keys ad fobs for swimming pool access.
