Check in/check out was super easy. The host had great communication and quick response time. Location was so close to University of Louisville and Churchill downs!

The house is beautifully restored, unsure of the age, but an older urban home. Great claw foot tub. Plenty of space. Felix communicated great, even messaged us to see if there is anything we need. highly recommend

This place was absolutely gorgeous on the inside. We want to be close to the Kentucky Derby and it was literally right down the street from us. Our host was amazing and always answered our questions that we had.
