House had everything we needed. A little issue with the gate but was resolved. I think a welcome booklet with additional welcome info on the house would be a great addition but would definitely stay here again. Close to LA, food, grocery stores and a nice pool. Comfy beds nice open floor plan with lots of sleeping option and plenty of bathrooms (3).
