Upstairs: 1 family bedroom (1 bed of 1.40m and 2 beds of 0.90m) with reversible air conditioning, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 1.40m) with reversible air conditioning, shower room with WC. Complete equipment for babies. Gîte not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Electric heating included. Leisure equipment at your disposal: a portico with 2 swings and a swing as well as a sandpit. No possibility of recharging electric vehicles, possibility 5km away. In the heart of a wine-growing region, your gîte is located in the center of the Châteaux de la Loire. It is in a pretty family house on an enclosed and wooded garden that you will spend your holidays. Relaxation is guaranteed on the terrace shaded by the wisteria-covered arbor, nothing better to rest! You will have the opportunity to visit large castles like Chenonceau 25km away, and more intimate castles like those of Fougères-sur-Bièvre, Gué-Péan, Chémery... which are less than 10km away!
