Located in a quiet neighborhood, this newly renovated house is situated close to the Niagara River. Our property is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara Falls. It is an ideal retreat for those seeking a scenic view while enjoying being close proximity to all of Niagara Falls' main activities.
Our home includes a homely living room with a TV, great for a relaxing with friends and company. A dining room with refurbished furniture and a warm fireplace. The kitchen is provided with appliances, a dishwasher and refrigerator.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, professional hotel level of cleaning. There is a large interlocking patio with BBQ and fire pit. Please note that the backyard is not maintained during the winter months, and access may be difficult or unsafe due to snow and ice; for your safety, the area is considered closed for the seasons and guests should stay on cleared paths only. Quiet hours begin at 7:00 PM. No gatherings, parties, music, or loud sounds are permitted at any time. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property; no additional visitors or extra guests are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

The layout and location of the house are great! We could have used kitchen towels and one in the downstairs bathroom, but we repurposed ones from other parts of the house.

The kitchen was poorly organized and not fully equipped. Most of the drawers were full of junk. No pots, but plenty of skillets. We boiled 3 eggs in a 5 gallon pot!!The bedrooms had no bedside light ( lamp). 1 towel per bath. No additional blankets or throws, bed spreads were thin. We were disappointed considering what we paid.
