Come and stay in this magnificent detached house, in the heart of the Lanruen estate, a 25-hectare private residence by the sea.
With a beautiful southwest-facing terrace offering complete privacy, this property, which can accommodate up to 6 guests, is the perfect destination for family holidays.
You will appreciate the peace and quiet and the ideal location of this house, just a few hundred meters from the beaches of Guen and Lanruen.

On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with a lounge area and dining table for 6 people, opening onto a magnificent terrace;
- A large library with a sofa and armchairs;
- A fully equipped, separate kitchen with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, electric blender, electric mixer, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, and Nespresso coffee machine;
- A utility room with a fridge-freezer, sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer;
- A bathroom with a bathtub, shower screen, and sink;
- Separate toilet;
On the first floor:
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);
- Bathroom with bathtub and sink;
- Separate toilet.
- The house is equipped with baby equipment: high chair and travel cot with mattress.
- Parking for three vehicles is available in the driveway.
- Included in the price: bed linen, household linen (towels and kitchen towels)

End-of-stay cleaning included (subject to the agency's internal regulations).
Self check-in is required after 6:00 PM and on days the agency is closed. Key boxes are available outside the agency.
