Не працює один пульт для кондиціонеру, брудна підлога і повсюди плями, дивани треба почистити. Відсутня власна парковка, під час нашого проживання почався ремонт ліфту і на 1 поверсі міняли плитку на підлозі, було доволі шумно. Далекувато до моря
