Die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle beginnende Renovierung. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer. Pool, auch wenn etwas kalt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar
Fehlender Schrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer. War für uns nicht so tragisch, da das Zimmer als EZ genutzt wurde. Geschirrspülmaschine wäre schön Bad ist sehr klein. Aber man muß den günstigen Preis bedenken, dann ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.
