Appartement relativement grand très appréciable à 2.
Difficulté pour trouver l’entree pour accéder au logement. Manque d’information. Revoir le nettoyage, le ménage paraît très succinct à l’arrivée(au niveau des fenêtres, douche, des toiles d’araignées un peu partout et hotte non nettoyée.

Nach Verlust des Schlüssels für das Appartement, war der Besitzer schnell hilfreich und hat jemanden organisiert, der uns kurzfristig half, sehr sehr freundlich. Außerdem waren Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnzng wirklich sehr gut und technisch hochwertig.
Das Haus ist hellhörig, es kommt ein wenig auf die Mitbewohner an, ob das gut funktioniert. Für die Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer war kein Bettlaken verfügbar.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre du vieux Quimper ( magnifique) dans une rue au calme . Proximité parc, commerces, restaurants etc… équipements haut de gamme.
La plancher très mal isolé phoniquement, on entends les pas des voisins du haut, même problème certainement pr les occupants du rez de chaussée. C’est le seul point négatif.
