The location of the property is great. A walk to the beach, you are surrounded by local groceries, hair dresser, pasticeria, pizza, grill, everything one could need is right there. Situated on the ground floor of the building, it also offers a terrace, where you can enjoy the lovely smell of the flowers (in summer for sure). The apartment is not the most modern one, but it offers everything you need during your stay and it suited best for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The owner Larisa is really friendly and nice, helped with a lot of information and was available all the time. If Viareggio will be on our list again, we would for sure come back here.

Great position, close to supermarket and bars. Very large bathroom and living room. Fine for a group of 4 people. Nice private entrance.
The fornitures were a bit outdated, in particular the kitchen. Sofa very small.

The location is great. The apartment looks lived in and was homey rather than upscale. I liked that. There were plenty of things for cooking including a microwave.
