How it felt been at home place is so nice and comfortable

Spacious modern 2 bed ground floor apartment with parking and smart TV. Unfortunately the walls and doors were full of brown and black stains. The duvet of one of the two double beds was full of large blood stains and the bed linen cover was smaller than the duvet. Not a pleasant feeling. There were only two forks and three coffee mugs for a 4 person flat. Early check in costs 30 pound extra and late check out also. Beside that, only daylight in the living room with open plan kitchen. No daylight in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Flat nice and clean with all necessary items provided.
WIFI details should have been inside the apartment, not just in the main lobby.

Nicely laid out apartments and warm & comfy
Floor was not clean/ mopped . Oven was disgustingly dirty. Rest of apartment appeared clean enough. Ironically I was charged a £15 cleaning deposit which I will be requesting wil be returned to me Two towels between three adults for three days and no tea towels to facilitate the cleaning for which I was charged £15. I made contact on day one requesting more towels and also tea towels / dish cloths I was advised they would be provided. We checked out three days later. Had to wash a bath towel and dry over night to be able to clear up before departure Nice apartments very poor service of basic requirements
